The odor is probably from jock itch in the fold of her stomach and possibly the thighs. It makes a wet, smelly, and painful mess. The best way to control it long-term is to wash the underbelly area (not the vagina) with antibacterial soap daily and let the area dry completely. It can be treated with antifungal sprays but it's difficult for someone with a large stomach to spray the whole area themselves, so a cream for yeast infections, like monistat, can be easier to use. Powder can make it a lot worse.

I am curious as to why she doesn't drive and why you had become her personal Chauffer? I doubt the police can do much because you said it not so many words that she smelled. So one asked about her mom, her mother left her and her father when she was about 11. She lives with her 85 yr old great aunt on her dads side. Dad is a little odd, 65 yr old man who never changes his clothes and now she tells me her dads cat does not have an never had a litter box and his hair is all matted I told her 2nd to last time we were talking that she needs to rescue the cat from her dad.The cat lives in apt and is a house cat. Dad has black teeth looks so so clean and all he does is complain about EVERYTHING and obsessed with Elvis. I can tell him its Sunny out side and he will complain that there are a few clouds and a bit windy if you know what I mean. Funny talking about police, they are always at the dads house since he is always harassing bartenders / waitresses at the local casinos. borderline stalker.
Yes, your vagina will 'clean itself', but the pubic hair, which collects dead cells, sweat and discharge from said vagina, DOESN'T clean itself. Top that off with black polyeser pants and she's just cooking her crotch juices. That's nasty. Just plain nasty. She also needs to pay attention to her armpits...if she has hair there, she's doing the same damn thing...cooking her pit juices and I don't mean BBQ Pit juices either. She also needs a good strong antiperspirant and deodorant.
She needs to wash her body, every stinking (literally) part of it with a good anti bacterial soap. Dial, Lever 2000, Safegaurd, all good, gentle soaps that can be used daily.
