I use a liquid nutrition and a antioxidant with red wine extract wich seems to do me good.

You got that right! Alot of so-called natural foods and supplements are about as natural as a french fry being classified as a vegetable.

Poison Ivy is natural! Hemlock is natural! Maybe someone will put those natural ingredients into a new super supplement.
