Me neither. Water is not enough, Esp for most of us guys after working all day!

(Or maybe we can just roll around in baby powder-Save water AND soap!)

I haven't washed my hair with shampoo in over 6 months and my hair feels pretty good.

I wash it a couple times per week with baking soda and won't be going back to shampoo.

However, I don't know if this is biased as I have short hair since I'm a guy.

Trader Joe's products all I use. Their soaps, shampoos, deodorants, lotions, etc. Basically if they sell it & it is for hygiene/health, I use it. I even use their toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.

Great product line & store. Also, no I don't work nor affiliate in any way w/ them but sure revere many of their products & price vs Walmart/Target, etc.

Years ago I was in the hospital for 4 days and I did not wash my hair...it was an oily stinky mess. I cant imagine not shampooing my hair at least every other day. Bacteria builds up on our skin and combined with natural skin oils
necessitates using soap of some kind in order to not smell badly. I am active and exercise...I need soap or I would stink and my hair would look like an oil slick. I also interact with others and like to smell clean and look nice. I also brush my teeth and use mouthwash. I cannot imagine not using soap. I use Dr. Bromners products.

AS for killing the bacteria in arm pits--safely--you can take a cotton ball with some rubbing alcohol and wipe the armpit...It kills the stinky bacteria

Since I am obsessed with going completely natural, I was wondering what leaves I could chew to clean my teeth??

No! No leaves. You have to brush your teeth if you want to keep them. There is a Natural toothpaste by Tom's that is good.

Oh come on - when you work out, you sweat throughout your body not just your armpits. I prefer a warm shower with real soap thank you very much - I refuse to wipe down my entire body with alcohol and since when is alcohol preferable to soap? Did you ever think that maybe others standing close to you think you are just a bit too "natural." It feels good to clean with soap - a nice old fashioned castile soap and believe me you will smell better also.

Here's some food for thought, over the summer I was going to spray areosol sun block number 30 on me this summer, so as I am spraying it was coming out in globs on liquid, and splattered all over a wooded table in my foyer, point is, the sun block took the finish right off my table and ruined it.....

and this is what I am spraying on my skin??????????????????????????

I dont like all these chemicals all over my body, and therefore I do not use deoderant anymore, and sweat less, go figure....

but always use soap.

I do exactly the same thing - there have been some tests indicating that some of the chemicals in deoderants are tied to breast cancer - this is why I don't use it. I just wash with soap too....I completely agree about the chemicals not being good for you.
