As I know usually height growth stops after a certain age. Women usually stop growing after the age of 21 while for men it is 25. However, these calculations can be turned around through certain physical activities, exercises, right diet, and other things, which are important for human body’s growth. growingtallerstretches.com

Women stop growing typically about 3 years after menarche....around 15-16 for most girls, maybe up to age 18..

Males stop growing around 18-21...

These "calculations" can't be "turned around"....once the physes(growth plates) of the long bones close thats "it". There is no further growth potential possible.

All the stretching in the world won't change this immutable fact of human growth and development.
