Has anyone ever purchased this book or read it~? I got it earlier in the year and it is quite informative. On the chapter "how and what to eat", it gives numerous of food items that you should try to eat and also try to avoid. One part of this section says for instance "oranges & potatoes should be limited or avoided". Then a few pages forward, it says "both oranges and potatoes are high fiber foods. I know oranges & potatoes are healthy, but if your in the "pre-diabetic" stage, you need to limit or avoid them. So what do y'all say about this topic~?
