what else causes hot flashes (thyroid, hormones, hair, doctor)

I did the changes thing 13 years ago and am now on low dose hormones but still seem to suddenly sweat, hair wet, a little lightheadedness. This is crazy or is there something else doing it? I don't feel sick, Ido worry about the little dog and my husband, but not enough to do this i don't think. I have a cleaning business and lately i start to work and next thing i know this happens and then 20 or 30 mins later i am fine. Anyone recognize this???

Yep, I recognize it. Stress is one of the leading causes of hot flashes. Try not to get yourself so stressed out.
