I have a sixty one year old who doesn't speak English, is a widow, and owns three properties, she is on Social Security but is not able to get Medicare yet. Which insurance is best for her and the cheapest? Thank you for all the best.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield is pretty good but it will be expensive. Consumer Reports did an article about health insurance within the past few years and rated the various companues. You can look online or go to the public library and ask for help in finding it - most libraries carry it.
