Wow, I found out two year's ago I have hypothyroidism and take a low dose med that work's. I eat all those thing's you mention- and have strawberries daily, some nut's several times a week and have either broccoli or spinach daily, usually raw. I have not had problem's with these, possibly because other than strawberries, they are food's I have at least 4 hour's after taking thyroid med's.

I have heard that you should not have much soy, need to take calcium supplement's several hour's after thyroid med's and one thing I heard, that I do not see here, is that green tea supresses thyroid function.
