Whatever works for you, for whatever reason, no matter what books or doctors or friends and family say or don't say, whatever it is works for you personally and that is great. And it's fantastic that you discovered it.

We're all different people, with different needs and different problems. Our bodies are different, our health concerns are different. We have genetic differences and environmental ones too. Through my own battle with cancer, I have learned not to judge ANYONE or ANYTHING when it comes to health and it's issues. We all need to do what is best for our own bodies, and the hardest part is figuring out what that is exactly. When we do figure it out, we feel better. Period.

It's great that you have told us what is working for you, for it may work for someone else, too. I wish you all the best with your health and I'm happy that you are feeling much better.

Oh gosh - this has been around for years and years. Take it for what it's worth. I really wish this were all true - some of it is and warrants further reading. But you will still need to go to the doctor - like it or not.

I am B- and the book was right on about wheat and chicken.

Apparently it's up for substantial debate.
Yeah, and wikipedia is a very reliable source.

Just eat a diet rich in fruits, veggies, and whole grains and you'll be fine. Watch out for artificial ingredients like high fructose corn syrup and things you can't pronounce.
