Yup, sometimes I will not have reflux, but due to the hernia I will regurgitate food. Must get this darn thing fixed.

And what caused the hiatal hernia?

How will it get "fixed?" It's in the foods you eat and the combination of foods. If one has acid reflux, it means that they have too LITTLE HCL! If you were to take a Tbsp. of raw organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of distilled water every day (or several times a day) plus avoid all animal and gluten products, I think you'd be on the right track.

I would get Second Opinion I was told this same thing, went to Specialist he said once you have Barretts you will have it rest of your life.

This is serious if it runs into Cancer you will be lucky to live 2 years its that aggressive.

In MY case that is not true. I have a Hiatal Hernia....a tear in the area that blocks the contents of the stomach from coming back up.

Acidic foods make my reflux WORSE.......that may work for some, not me. I take different things to deal with the reflux associated with the HH........they all work fine.

LMFAO, part of your solution is for me to avoid all animal products............impractical and insane, NO WAY!
