My first thought that hasn't been addressed yet. Has her thyroid been checked? I agree also that the hives are important. I had hives for 7 months and I think we finally have determined that I had an allergic reaction to a sulfa medication. Maybe she can go through allergy testing?
This has to be rough. I hope they find an answer soon. Prayers to you and yours!

What?! How could that cause the neon yellow stools?

That's one of the signs of liver problems, sounds to me like some kind of poisoning/toxicity too that has affected her liver. It could be copper toxicity which affects the liver and the adrenal glands and cause adrenal fatigue, which causes the thyroid to slow down (a possibility assonier just mentioned). An easy way to see if that could be it is looking at the person's irises, if there's an outer green ring in people with light eyes or gray, in people with brown eyes, she should be tested.

It could also be lead poisoning, one way to get it is by drinking tap water from an old house, she might've had an inability to clear it out of her body compared to others. One thing a lot of people don't know is that if for some reason we're low in some essential minerals like iodine, selenium and zinc, lead can build up in our tissues over time. The same thing for other heavy metals, I learned that for each one there is at least one good mineral/metal that will counter it and/or even "escort" them out of the body when available in sufficient amounts in our bodies.

Blood tests done here in the UK dont show up allergies for chemicals but patch testing does. not that they do much to help once its been found... Ive had no help in over forty years..

Interesting. I read the article. The specialty is ecological medicine in the UK.

Further research determined it's called environmental medicine in the United States.

She had thyroid cancer and her thyroid gland was removed and she had an ablation about 2 years ago. Her thyroid levels are good with daily meds. She has not had bariatric surgery of any kind.

From all of your replies and my own research, it is looking more and more like some sort of poisoning, either chemical or heavy metal. She does have titanium screws in her knee. Although the doctor told us it is not possible to be allergic to titanium, this is not true. It could contain nickel and she IS sensitive to that, as am I.

Oh man, I have 2 plates & screws in my right arm that I got in '92 and I've no idea what they're made of, maybe that's why my own liver and adrenals are so screwed up...

She might not be poisoned by exposure to anything. She might have an iodine deficiency. It can cause a build up of heavy metals.

Sometimes toxic mineral levels have nothing to do with the environment or diet. My girlfriend had too much copper. The cause was hormone related.

Doctors need to do a full mineral workup on your daughter.

It doesn't necessarily have to be toxicity. It could be a deficiency.

Instead of just checking the minerals, have them check appropriate vitamins too.

Calcium and Vitamin D deficiencies can happen after thyroidectomy.

Calcium deficiencies can cause hair loss and rapid heartbeat.

Iodine deficiencies can cause hair loss too.

Many doctors mistakenly think that iodine is only needed for thyroid function and ignore iodine levels after a thyroidectomy.

Protein, zinc and folic acid deficiencies also causes hair loss.

Or it could be both toxicity and deficiency. Our vitamins and minerals balance each other out. If one is messed up, it's very likely another is too.

That's why it's best if you can find a doctor who will do a complete workup on both vitamins and minerals.

It sounds like she has too many serious health problems to self-medicate with homeopathic type remedies.

She shouldn't treat herself. Find a doctor who will help her look into this further.
