What are some good veggie and fruit supplements? I do not like many and I am trying to incorporate more into my diet. However, for the time being figure taking a supplement is better than nothing.

As of now I only eat broccoli, kimchi (korean fermented cabbage), corn, and beans. I eat no fruits.

Cheers

Hospital diatician told me a glass of V8 was equal to a serving of veggies. I like the spicy kind.

Fruits and veggies shouldn't be a "supplement" to your diet. They should be a regular part of your diet. Eat fruit. Have a tomato (it's a fruit) with your corn and beans.

Supplements aren't supposed to -replace- fruits and vegetables. You're supposed to be eating those things anyway.

V8 makes a low-sodium one.

It's still quite high though - and I agree, supplements don't make up for food - surely there must be some kind of fruits and vegetables OP can eat (2-3 yr. olds "decide" they don't like something) - but people grow up

Pretty sure the OP knows this.

I don't like fruits either but I have enjoyed green smoothies (you get your greens in too!) from time to time. I used pineapple, banana, apple, pear, orange, lemon, avocado (best fruit in the world!!).
