My mate is the same way. He's a short guy with a shorter inseam. His arms are also a bit short. Though his height is in the normal range (low end) he has wondered if he has a form of dwarfism and has thought about being tested. Who knows. At any rate, he has a rough time with pants that fit.

I know the feeling. That may be why I have always preferred long skirts to pants. My inseam is a bit odd at 31" though I am finding it more and more often, but it means I can't fit most regular fit pants (HATE pants that don't cover my ankles), and the talls tend to start at 32". I wear cuffs a lot or have pants tailored.

The hubby has a 28" inseam and we end up having to buy 29 or 30" pants and have them hemmed. It is rare to find 34x28 or 36x28 pants for men.

LOL...yeah they are perfect for my legs. Mini skirts are awful for my short (and busty) torso though. I try to wear clothes that elongate my waist.

Opposite problem... short af but I have 'legs for days' lol and a short torso
