From time to time i get these pimple like spots on my forehead and temple. They look like a cross between a wart and a pimple. They appear (often one at a time but sometimes two) and then they disappear after about five to ten days.

Anyone get these? Could they be from stress?

I usually get fatigue at the same time. That could also be stress related right?

Rosacea? Google the symptoms.

no it's not Rosacea and there is no pattern. Just isolated pimple like spot pinkish in color. And they always show up at the same place on the side of the forehead and sometimes right above the eyelid.

Shingles show a one-sided pattern at times.

^He would have a lot of pain if it were shingles. Does your forehead tend to be oily? It's probably seborrheic dermatitis. Try using an anti-dandruff shampoo. It can't hurt to visit a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Don't you use some acne cream to get rid out it? or have you tried some?
