I went to the doctor today because I had something similar. It turns out I pulled a muscle between tow or my ribs. But do not take any chances with anything that has symptoms of clots.

I was having some odd stomach issues and sore throat and throat pain about 3 weeks ago up until last week. Could this just be from a virus.. I'm not one to ever get this kind of pain there. I've scheduled an apt for the doc but its just the waiting game till the apt and my nerves get to me. So anyone else have this prob or experienced it.. I feel like I've been falling apart for the past couple weeks! Thanks
It sounds like a swollen lymphnode and when they hurt it means the nodes have "caught" something, aka, virus, etc. It's kinda like a lint trap in the dryer. You should be concerned if there is no pain and it's a hard lump.

You should always check out any lumps. It can be a simple infection or something more. Cancer is
commonly not painful but it can be painful as well.

Question Burning Armpit Pain up to Left Breast

Has anyone had this happen to them, I went to Primary Dr. and said it probably was an infection inside, he gave me a strong antibiotic Clindamycin (spelling??) and it seemed to help. But since I have been off of the antibiotic for about a couple of weeks, it seems to be reappearing.
Is this to do with the lymph nodes or something else?
If anyone has this ~ please send an email my way. Thanks
