are there any homeremedies to fix sleep apnea?
or does my child have to get his tonsols removed?

This is not a case for home remedies.

The enlarged tonsils are narrowing the airway, thus causing the child to awaken. The remedy here is a visit to the ENT Surgeon, and have the tonsils removed, before they cause more problems.
