CynwldKat......You can put them in Smoothies i.e.....Yogurt as the base with cantalope, Kiwi, Banana and other fruit you may like....also you can add either Skim Milk or Soy Milk which ever is your choice and i also add Whey as i am a weight Lifter amd a teaspoon of Olive Oil then add the Blueberries and watch the smoothie turn purple in your blender then add crushed ice as that chills it and wow what a power drink.
I also used to add them to my Oatmeal with Whey Protein powder for breakfast but i admit i do not eat Oats anymore as they really bother my health. Also i used to put ''Fat Free Cool Whip'' on them but even that has Partially Hydrogenated Oil (Trans Fat) in it so i no longer consume Whip Cream.
Now as i eat mainly Salads i eat them Frozen for my desert and not fresh as they taste like Blueberrie Icecream that way infact if you eat them to quickly you'll get a headache like eating icecream too fast. Anyway you can mixed them with just about anything. I'm sure others on here have other ideas about them but as a single dude i keep most of my meals simple as i don't have alot of time to prepare meals etc....
