I’m taking it daily and it helps to keep things, uhh, moving right along. I like it with orange juice, but now I need to cut down on sugar intake. So what’s a good lo-carb mixer for Metamucil?

Citrucel might be your answer. Comes already orange flavored. I prefer it to Metamucil.

One option: Metamucil makes a sugar-free orange flavored powder. No need for OJ, just mix with water, and I think it tastes good.

Another option: take Metamucil (or generic) capsules instead of using the powder. This was recommended to me by my gastroenterologist. Five capsules = a serving of the powder.

Walmart makes sugar free lemonade "powders". I use Clearlax and put it in coffee.

Thanks for these suggestions. I’ll try some of them.
