Person I know is drunk on second day of three litres of wine I seriously don't know what is wrong with this person, but, should I call 911 or just figure this moron did it to themselves (for the 999 time). This person is also a diabetic, but, is very well controlled and non insulin dependant. Oh vey.

I truly hope you did make that call. Diabetes is nothing to fool around with. Hope your friend is getting treatment for the drinking problem, as well as the diabetes today. Hopefully he didn't pass on. Let us know.

Did not die, but, suggested that he go to hospital. Guy tried to hit me. He drank 2 liters today.

I don't know about that but if he's outside and the police come upon his stumbling self...they will lock him up for the night. Or is that not true? I never know what to believe anymore.

It really depends on the town. If its high crime, maybe not. I'm pretty sure all areas have disorderly persons statutes so at the very least he could be taken for that.
