Do a google search for cerebral palsy. There is a ton of information of all kinds.

A lot of cerebral palsy children are bright, intelligent children. The only learning disability for them would be the ability to hold a pencil and write. Each child is different.

Two suggestions:

United Cerebral palsy Association (UCP: Home Page)

or

National Institute of Health (National Institutes of Health (NIH) - Home Page)

The UCP site is the premier location for information.

good luck
