A lawyer for a bad dream, which is NOT a "serious side effect" btw..this forum does get the crazies.

Take your meds in the morning OP, that's when you are supposed to take them anyway. Switch to a different OTC med with a different chemicals that offers similar results.

I switched from Prilosec to Prevacid and find it works better all around for me.

Im allergic to Prilosec so cant comment but I do take Zantac 150 and no bad dreams.

anyone know any reflux drugs that DO NOT GIVE NIGHTMARES! I have used Aciphex and it's generic equivalent and the nightmare are terrible.
please help

Baking soda, one rounded teaspoon before bedtime, mixed in water...........works like a charm.
