splenda: this has been recommended by my doctors (trying to avoid my ocular migraine) as being the best artificial sweetener, and the one recommended to diabetics, but still, I think they said something like better than the alternative. When I first stopped nutra sweet, my ocular migraines stopped, and then they just returned after a few weeks (they are *daily*).
stevia: I just tried it today - aaahh - reminded me of maybe sweet n low - I didn't like it, but I'll try a smaller amount next time ...
