Very well on all of them. I try to eat healthy and work out, though. Genetics is also a huge factor for me. I can't take all the credit. Luck of the draw, I guess.
Whoa. My age doesn't qualify me for this survey but have to respond to the quote. At age 17, I was the designated booze buyer for the crowd, some of whom were 18 and 19. Never got carded.
As for you not being carded at 43, maybe the barkeeps and booze peddlers know your approximate age but are just trying to flirt and butter you up.
If you want to know how old you really look ask a kid.
What? Kids have no idea! I was a gymnastics coach between the ages of 15 and 30. Whenever a kid would ask me how old I was, I'd say "Guess!" The guesses ranged between 8 and 75.

I am guessing you are.. 42 - 45 It's hard to tell because it's washed out a bit.
If you want to know how old you really look ask a kid. None of us seeing ourselves aging and yes people will always compliment us telling us how young we look. Sad fact of life is, yes we all age.
30s---outside, OK, still within 10 lbs of my high school weight. Inside--dealing with arthritis, which can be horrendous at times. Other than that, no major health issues yet (diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.). I don't have kids which is why my wife and myself have not packed on a ton of weight compared to a lot of my friends.

How is it that kids cause people to pack on a ton of weight? We always encouraged our kids to be physically active. Our daughters are now in their 20s and we run races and lift weights together. None of us are overweight.
LOL! You are right, kids really have NO clue - I have been hit on by high school boys and even jr. high school, and I am 65!!! I do have a good figure though, and ride a real cool bike around my neighborhood.
I don't have kids either and my husband and I both have weight issues. In fact I was thinner when I was single. I am going to be 44 next month and I look better than most women at that age. I have been told I look like I am in my thirties. When I went to my 20 year HS reunion in 2008 I was shocked at how terrible most of the girls looked. Very aged and wrinkled from too much sun and tanning salons. I was a lot heavier then but my face still looked young. My brother has 2 kids and he is not overweight at all. My SIL and brother are health nuts when it comes to eating and neither one is fat, so I don't see what having kids has to do with weight gain.
