Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel about everyone suffering from Meniere's disease. I bore with it for last 10 years. I still remember its first attack and it is one of the worst one too. That pain lasts for several hours and Moderator cut: need at least 10 other posts to make specific recommendations . Taken the prescribed medication such as Betahistine and at first it didn't aid me, but afterwards it helps me to feel better. I know there is only less chances for curing this worst disease, but now I have learned to adjust with it! I am happy now.

I've asked my doctors if I might be suffering from this but they aren't sure. I have extreme balance issues. Taking a shower is a frightening experience. I seem to have other symptoms especially hearing loss and tinnitus but all my symptoms are chronic and not acute.
A physical therapist is working with me on balance issues but I see no improvement.
