Agreed!

Just saw my Dermatologist the other day to have a couple pre-cancerous spots removed off of my face. I'm only 38. Talk about scary. I did grow-up at the beach though...

With that said, he did state to not stop having fun in the sun. Just wear a brimmed hat and protective clothing. Because of reflective rays, sitting in the shade just doesn't cut it.

Anyway i was out at the park yesterday playing basketball for an hour at noon and i could feel the sun burn my arms however they are turning really brown from my winter white as i'm so glad that i have my moms italian side genes in me as i worship the sun just like the ancient romans did . It's the best thing i've ever experienced for depression.

That being said i do take alot of antioxidents and also i drink and rub green tea all over my exposed skin as a precaution from oxidation of the suns' rays.
