Baby powder every day. End of story. I use the Johnson and Johnson lavender scent, or equivalent store brand.

But that's after you cure the infection. I once got an infection like this from the mammogram machine, apparently from the person before me. Now I watch to be sure the tech wipes down the machine well.

Thanks for your help, ladies! If I can't get this under control soon, summer will not be fun at all!

Gross story alert! Stop reading here if you're queasy.

My daughter is a doctor and during her residency spent time working in a free clinic. A really big lady came in there one day and during the exam, the doctors found that the lady had slices of loaf bread under her breasts to keep the skin from rubbing. Why bread? Why not TP, or paper towels, or powder, or a million other things? No answer.

I use orange blossom water (splash it on under there) and my own "powder" made from cornstarch and sandalwood powder- works like a charm.
