Jones Fracture XRay Posted - Can someone take a look? (surgery, broke)

Last week I broke my 5th metatarsal (jones fracture). I posted a picture above!

Does this look pretty standard... like, this looks pretty much like it'll heal without requiring surgery? I've been in the boot for a week and a half with some weight bearing. Please help, I can't afford to be out of work.
