If you drink it too close to bedtime it'll wake you up at night with a full bladder. Other than that - 2 cups of tea isn't going to make or break a diet or your health.

It's funny you should say that because my teeth start to tingle a bit if I drink more than 1 cup of tea per day. You know what tingle feel when you eat too much candy? or drink Red Bull? That's how it feels.

Chamomile isn't a tea its a herbal tisane...

True tea can only come from the camellia sinensis plant and is better for your health due to more potent antioxidants..
