Been working a lot of night's at work in addition to my variable day/eve schedule. Just did a night, two day's off, a night, a day off, day's, evening's, night's, off, and eve's. I am feeling drained. Trying to motivate myself to do anything is a chore and all I want to do is sleep. Any feedback?

Do-in (pron dough-in) self massage; learned it 33 years ago figured it would be online!

Then there are esoteric yogic techniques...but they really are for yogis like me.
Learned those 42 years ago!
Hahaha...that's why they are esoteric and taught from guru to devotee.

But, I'm sure there are some breath exercises for the average person found online.
Oxygen is a great energizer...but done in certain ways.

Also, belly laughs...got anything that always cracks you up? I do...some of my sister's emails ...
telling me of jams she gets herself in doing or saying stupid things.
Read or watch those things

If all you want to do is sleep, maybe your body is trying to tell you something.

I am trying to fight extra sleep so my sleep pattern isn't messed up. Been going to bed at 1 or 2 at night on the nights not working night's then wake up at 10. The nights I work I sleep from 6 to 9 to give myself extra sleep. Just went for a run today all the sudden felt dizzy things started to blur almost felt like was going to pass out, ha.

Intense deep-breathing really picks me up if I am feeling tired/drowsy.

There are many different opinions on the best methods. But for me personally, breathing in deeply and forcefully though my nose, and out though my mouth......do this rapidly and forcefully between 5 and 30 times a set.......repeat for a couple of minutes.

Definitely does work for me, YMMV.

If this is a "one time" thing...go to bed...get the rest your body needs. If this is your daily schedule, then God help you....it's not a good routine for health!

Your vitamin D levels are probably shot.

Get a test. Or, just start taking supplements, I take 4000mg a day which sounds a lot but is 4 tiny pills.

Vitamin B12, arginine+Carnithine, caffeine, vitamin C, rhodiola rosea, gurana pills, cold water, running,

micro naps lasting 20 minutes

Your body is on the verge of exhaustion, that's why.

It could be your thyroid. I ignored my fatigue for years thinking it was normal.
