The other day at work the top of my foot had a sharp pain it feels like my last 3 toes are sprain. I think it came from my shoes being tied to tight. I'm still having pain.has anyone had this happen before?

Feet are pretty complicated and there are all kinds of things that can make them sore. Maybe your shoe bruised your foot and that's putting pressure on a nerve that goes to those toes.

Don't wear the same shoes until your foot is feeling better, and use ice or heat on your foot a couple times a day (ice if it's swollen, heat if it's just painful).

You could have many issues...a Morton's neuroma comes to mind....it's a small tumor (benign) that usually forms around the middle toe....walking on hard surfaces when it's bothering you can cause intense pain! It can certainly make your toes feel strange!

Too tight shoes, heels, walking on concrete, etc...can really cause it to act up!

I've had Morton's neuroma, does the pain feel worse when you put your weight on that foot? Try squeezing your foot (from top and bottom) - if it feels really painful then that's an indication of Morton's neuroma. It can be treated with steroid injections into your foot (which are themselves bloody painful but strong painkillers can deal with that)
