Quit being a whiner and carry the stupid pills. Do you even care about your own health? Or your wife?

Well it's not exactly that. The thing is when you work with your hands and are constantly on the move it is more annoying to remember medication than you think.

I found this Pill Fob

Or this Pill Pocket Wallet through another post. Pill Pocket Wallet

Thanks for your input.

You would think whatever annoyance it causes would be superseded by the fact that it could... you know... save your life.

Make sure to carry a flask with that pill bottle so you'll have something to wash the aspirin down.

Take your wife in to the doctors and have her hear the medical professionals advice if this (nagging) really bothers you.

Just carry the damned aspirin.

I've never heard of carrying it, though. When I had my cardiac "event" 2 or 3 years ago the cardiologist (actually my allergist told me to do it first) just told me to take one in the evening, nothing about carrying them.

Aspirin has been shown to prevent significant morbidity/mortality from strokes and heart attacks. However, it is not 100% effective b/c people will still have heart attacks and strokes while taking aspirin. It happens every day. That being said, much of this depends on your risk profile, such as your gender, age, lifestyle (alcohol, tobacco, illicit drugs), and other health conditions (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hiv, diabetes (or other immunocompromised states).

Check with your doctor.

If it will help, bring your wife with you.
