Medic Alert for me too - bracelet as well. I don't know if there are any other companies that have the database with all your info for the doctors/paramedics, etc., to access. There's an annual fee of $49.99 for the service. The bracelets, necklaces, whatever you choose (there's a variety - including shoe tags for those who can't wear jewelry at work, like in hazardous environments) are a separate cost.
I know there are just I.D. bracelets out there that one can buy over-the-counter, but those aren't the same as far as I know regarding providing database storage/access.
