It's not unhealthy, but it is slightly more healthy to ejaculate. (As seen by a few studies.) your body will absorb some and you might have nocturnal emission in your sleep.

There is a huge....huge difference and I mean huge ! When it comes to your age. Plumbing pressure and flow are vastly decreased over 40-50 and more than that over 67-70. All this has a direct effect on ejackulation. Remember when you were 14 ? Think about it.........
