What about a pair of gel insoles that you can get from the pharmacy? As long as you shoes have a little extra room they can help. I put them in my shoes when I am traveling and know I'll be walking a lot. I have RA in both feet.

Obviously you're on your feet way too much! Humans aren't supposed to be standing and walking on hard, unforgiving surfaces like concrete or business floors for the length of time you are working, then walking home at the end of the day. If you take care of your feet they'll take care of you. If you don't take care of them, you run the risk of having a lifetime of feet problems, which very often lead to other medical issues. You need a job where you're not on your feet so much, and getting good shoes, epson salt baths, medications, etc won't really help there.
That's your problem, and trying to address the results of that problem after the fact is not the way to go. Fix your problem.
I had custom orthotics made for my feet, bought shoes 1/2 size larger to accommodate them and voila' no more pain.
