Yeah, my dentist is always telling me to eat more sugar, as the dental assistant gives me candy.

Those are just as bad as sugar. Honey is the same as table sugar (glucose & fructose). Pineapple juice is fructose minus the fiber that makes fruit healthy.

Bottom line, MODERATION, don't over use sugar of any kind and read labels...dilute juices if one needs juices. Common Sense... We know what excessive sugar does...I have a lot of dental work from many early years of NOT KNOWING and a body full of OA....

If you enjoy sitting in dental chairs and keeping dentists happy, keep overeating sugar. I don't ANYMORE. Never did, but I was ignorant to the sugar products.

Diabetes is out of control.

Always dilute juices; use them almost as a "flavoring" for water to make it bit more palatable.

which one is 9 grams per cup.

looking at the noosa aussie culture label..30grams sugar per cup. I buy this type now and then but eat a few T per day. Otherwise I buy plain or goat milk plain yogurt and add a little fruit or not.
