First of all I'm a male in my 30s.

It's not until I take a poop at my office that I feel relief. But when I'm on the train I just feel sick and I have this kind of face:

I try not to eat anything past 8 pm. And I would definitely prefer pooping before I leave but I don't have an urge to go. And when I get on the train I start to feel sick and have that feeling that I will poop soon.

Is this normal?

Everyone feels better after a BM. Try to go before you get on the train. Magnesium helps to get things moving pretty quick for me in the AM. I take mag about 3 times per day and one close to bed. Take extra Vit C to keep things moving too. I've heard reports from people who don't go for days....I can't imagine.

I think it's all about YOUR schedule! Unless I have some "bug"...I'm pretty regular and that's great! Do you go at the same time, even when you're home...on weekends? That might be "your" schedule!

Now...do you like your work? Perhaps this is a subconscious thing you do...just a thought!
