If you have been to a sleep center and were not diagnosed with apnea can you tell us what the outcomes were? Sleep maintenance, sleep onset, prescriptions etc. How long has it been, did they fix the problem, is it still fixed?

My son was told he did not have OSA, he had a deviated septum or nasal polyp, he was touchy about questions. He had surgery in his nose.

I was told I didn't. My husband has confirmed that I do stop breathing when I'm on my back, so I don't sleep on my back and dH is in charge of making me roll over if I do.

I knew it was only sporadic. I had dreams where I couldn't breathe, it was horrible and would wake up gasping.

Sleep guy told me it was anxiety. I mentally flipped him off and went on my merry way.
