Ok, so I accidentally headbutted by husband's hard-ass head when literally leaping into bed (lol I'm hyper/clumsy, don't ask what I was thinking), and banged my nose from the front (the cartilage tip, I don't think most of the nasal bridge was affected).

It was hard enough to hurt for a good minute, but no bleeding.

But now my nose looks way bigger.

I already have a bump on my nose bridge and my nose is big enough, and I hear that whenever you bump your nose, it forms more bone and grows! I know that the size increase is just swelling at the moment, but what if it's laying down more bone as I speak??

Is there anything I can do to help prevent this, or am I doomed to now needing a nose job? My nose is already too big!

I'd give it a few days as its probably just a temporary swelling situation.

Bolded: If that should happen my nose would be as big as my body with the many times I've bumped it. Yes you'll have some swelling, probably 3-5 days worth, but I wouldn't worry about it. You can always call your doctor and explain your concerns.
The only people I know of whose nose gets bigger are boxers who've had their nose broken several times.

Old wives tale! Think about all the plastic surgery, they frequently break the bone to re-shape it.
