Sure you do. You call vegetarians and vegan weak and unhealthy. When they are 10 times healthier and more vigorous than you are.

Choices is the key word here. Separating those that are sound and sensible from those that are "poor and misinformed" is not an exact science. Not even close. You are entitled to your opinion, as are we all. But your addition of the word "your" to "poor and misinformed" edges dangerously close to the line between opinion expression and personal attack.

You have no basis for stating this. Line crossed IMHO.

She has stated that vegans and vegetarians are weak and unhealthy. I just provided a link to a guy who is at least 10 times (probably much more than that) healthier and more vigorous than she is.

I'm stating facts.

No, but how about Ruth Heidrich, the 80-Year-Old Vegan Ironman Athlete?

In fact, there is very little conclusive evidence that blood pressure treatment with drugs even extends life or reduces incidence of cardio events significantly. Yet their drama reaches new heights each year. SELL....SELL....SELL!
The ability to treat high blood pressure with relatively cheap medications has greatly contributed to decreases in cardiovascular disease, including stroke and heart disease, and chronic kidney disease. The evidence for that is unequivocal. Some of the meds are so cheap that Publix gives them away.

The current controversy among experts is primarily over what "normal" blood pressure should be, and that number is a floating target, taking into consideration age and how well medication is tolerated.

Just some food for thought, for those who believe that if its a supplement, its automatically good, and that all supplements are safe:
