Hi, I am exhausted and can't figure out why. Missed 3 instead of 1 day of exercise this week. Usually sleep 6 to 8 hour's I am sleeping 10 to 12 with naps in between the days. I am increasingly hungry, anxious, and can't focus. Having muscle weakness issues (right hand trembles at times.) Leg muscles are cramping up. Only had a headache once this week. I am increasingly thirsty.

I can't figure the reason. Only three things I think it could possibly be from or is...Last week I worked out a lot and worked 60 hours. I worked an odd eve to night shift at the end.

Haven't had time to grocery shop this week. So eating what is in the house, which is ground meatless meat, veggies, and brown rice. I do have a history of low iron so I haven't been eating much dark leafy greens or beans.

Third is I have pulled 3 ticks off of myself this week. No bullseyes in the areas bit.

I don't know what's going on.

Any ideas advice.

What is your ground meatless meat made of? Soy. Soy does a job on the thyroid.

Sometimes when my electrolytes have been down, I have gotten leg cramps and tingling sensations. About the thirst issue, do you think you might be dehydrated?

Drink more water, and get a blood test. How are your kidneys? A blood test will tell you if they're functioning right!
