He didn't say he has dry skin he said he has dead skin and that is from not showering for so long. I'd go to a dentist and get your teeth cleaned and any dental work you need done. If it is a lot of work they can knock you out and do it all at once. I would get an exfoliator and wash daily trying each day to get more and more dead skin and crud off. If you have been away from your wife for 10 years you can bet she will expect sex right away. I would personally make sure I was all spiffy clean before I meet her.
