my eyes still feel tired all the time.

What should be my next step?
Do I go to an optician (who helps me make glasses).

Do I go to eye-specialist, who can look into eyes and check for damage or may be look at the type of stress on my eyes and recommend something?

Do I go to my PCP and ask for recommendation?

Anyone who sits in front of a computer screen as long as you do is going to experience eye strain of some sort. I've heard that combining the Flux software with a pair of blue-light-reducing glasses is what helps many people. If you have done this and it's still bad, then you should definitely make an appointment with your eye doctor or another specialist. Since you already have glasses, I would ask them to order special lenses for you, as has been discussed in this thread.

My son had terrible migraines for years. he also worked as graphic designer in front of computer through those years. We at some point became real worried, even did MRI and CT scan.
Nothing wrong.
Ever since he started using polarized glasses for computer, that was it. Never a headache again.
