A no-aspartame diet.

We also discovered that one of her favorite medicines had aspartame in it and she had to find one that didn't...check all your OTC medications, also, if you think it might be aspartame causing the spasms. She can chew a piece of gum occasionally, but at the time she was chewing gum every day, taking the medicine every day, and seems like there was one more thing that we discovered had aspartame...it was all building up!

I went back to the doc yesterday. Again my urine was clear. My bladder pain has calmed down a lot. Thank God! She thinks that it is some irritant that is causing the pain. She reffered me to a urologist. Thanks for all your help! I will certainly be looking at labels!

They cultured my urine and it came back as a bacteria, strep B. Is anyone familiar with that?
