I don't see how any kidney stone can pass through a ureter and be painless.

I assume the roller coaster ride would not be at the point when one was "passing" a kidney stone. Anyone who has passed a kidney stone would know that you'd be passing out or puking your guts out with the pain as the roller coaster hit the dips and heights - not much fun for the other passengers.
