So I have heard a lot of different sides to the sauna issue even from some professional sources. Its not good for you; its good for you; it doesn't sweat toxins out of a persons system; it does sweat toxins out of a persons system; and on and on. So whats your conclusion? I know that a sauna draws blood to the surface of a persons skin because I can see the redness on my legs. I don't know if that is good or bad but it would be interesting to know. Maybe there is no benefit to a sauna. Whats your opinion?

You can't "sweat out toxins"....your body is "self-cleaning"...there is no need to do anything but bathe regularly! If you have high blood pressure, excessive heat isn't good for you.

In my gym rat days of the 1970s, I used the steam room after a workout and experienced marvelous results in ....... shaving. Yes sir, the sweat and body oils were better than any shaving cream ever invented. The blade traveled so smoothly and lasted for many shaves.

I don't think there were any health benefits from these sessions. In fact it was uncomfortably chilly when exiting the steam room.
