Frustration drove me there!

I first get Ultrasound for the Ortho, then he wanted an X-ray, then he wanted an MRI, then he wanted an MRI with contrast!

My Ortho in Tijuana told me that for a Baker's Cyst he'd never ask for an MRI. And he told me, once being an American Dr./Ortho in Kansas, that as long as you have insurance they'll try to get you to have as many images as possible.

Now do you understand?

I do and understand. If one can get to T.J. easy and "gets it"...then do it. I had a somewhat similar situation with another health issue that I drove myself to the ER, they did every test to keep getting more $$$, I saw and understood that later, and the last test they did found the issue....now they could have done that last test first....it's probably all in the plans ....

I also went thru an issue last year and the test that found the issue was NOT done for over 2.5 months..talk about a nightmare.
