Fasting means you still drink and hydrate right?

Interesting. I fast 1-2 days (not consecutive) a week but I still drink water and also sometimes drink a protein shake on those days. I actually feel better on my fasting days.

He says he was dehydrated. Thus, he was not drinking any liquids.
