It didn't taste good and when I looked closely it had white mold on it.
I had already swallowed some. Will I feel bad? puke? Die?

Most likely nothing will happen to you.

The acid in your stomach will generally wipe out any mold that you ate. If you don't feel sick by now, you're probably in the clear.

I am assuming you are serious about this: no, of course it isn't going to hurt you. Most of us eat more mold than we realize. Mold is in some foods like cheese. I am sure many of us have fixed a piece of toast before realizing the bread is getting old. We through the bread out,but we may have already eaten the toast.

You'll be fine. No worries! Penicillin is a mold!

When we were first married, almost 49 years ago, my mother gave us a coffee ground cake. It was terrible! We were afraid to throw it out because we were afraid that we would be asked how we liked it and we did not really eat that much. So it sat in the refrigerator for about two weeks; it was loaded with mold. We had friends that stopped over and the husband was pretty high. We were playing cards and not paying too much attention when he left the table to see what he could find to eat. The next thing we knew he showed up with the last piece of the cake on a plate. He told us it was the best cake he ever had!

I think you will live! Our friend did die; but it was about twenty years later from a heart attack.

Mold...it's like spiders or insects. People freak about it, most of it is unsightly at worst. Some of it is necessary, and a very few types cause real problems.
