It sounds like you just need an acute anxiety medication- Xanax or hydroxyzine. Hydroxyzine is actually used specifically as a sedative in addition to being used for a variety of other things (anxiety, allergies, nausea) and it is ancient so it is usually a pretty cheap prescription. I think you need to be a little more descriptive about your symptoms and what is going on. Ideally you could see a specialist, but if that’s not a possibility, your primary doctor should be able to help.
Exercise, especially yoga, is also a way to de-stress. I know yoga makes a big difference for me and you really do find a variety of people in the classes these days. There are all sorts of types from more power oriented yoga to more relaxation types, but they all have a focus on getting your mind away from whatever is stressing you out...
Yeah I excercise sometimes, but not so much right now cause it's so cold out. I jog a lot when the weather is nicer but I dont' have a lot of jogging space in doors. Perhaps I should take up new exercises. But the exercise typically would heat my body up even hotter when I am trying to cool it down.
But if it would help cool it down in the long run then maybe that's better of course. The doctor referred me to psychotherapy treatment. But in order to get in cheap, I have to be put on a waiting list so just waiting it out.
I think mainly this is due to child hood trauma and shame from bad memories of past, cause whenever I think about them, which is often, it causes my blood to boil and heat up real high.
Yoga in the meantime is a good exercise that helps you feel calmer and you might learn to meditate, which takes your mind off whatever is bothering you. It would be good to do while you wait on the list.
You mean at the exact time? No I wasn't monstrously anxious at the time, but it's not like I can schedule the yoga classes, when the anxiety is going to strike. The classes have their own schedule.
Brain dead as in found it hard to do mental work later on in the day because of it.

You go to yoga classes when you can schedule them. While you're there, learn some techniques you can use when you need them. Especially deep breathing exercises and generic stretches.
