There's a differences between "ionized" water and "alkaline water". One is based on + and - ions, the other is based on acidity vs. alkalinity. So we need to be clear on which we are talking about. Now, if someone's selling snake oil, I mean "ionized higher pH water", they're really up to tricks.

Standard water with neutral pH is ideal, and more understandable to our bodies, than some other approach.

The benefits as I understand it all, is to not live in a high acidic body. If you mean a system to make your water more alkaline then Amazon has quite a few makers..My grandgirl has one in her room at the univ she attends. I buy supplies of higher pH waters and may get myself a pitcher.

there are none. your body will maintain the correct acid-base balance in the absence of some underlying disorder. if there is some disorder causing an upset in the balance, that needs to be addressed and corrected.
